In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the sw303 website accessible at sw303.pro and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimized pages, and services.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on the sw303 Platform or accesses any part of the sw303 services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the sw303 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to the bonus terms stated on the relevant promotion page.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all sw303 Players prior to the first withdrawal.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your sw303 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Not use the name, email address, or personal details of any other person.
• Not use any automated tool, bot, or script to create an Account.

sw303 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate registration details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

sw303 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players as part of its compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Players must submit the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photographic copy of a valid government-issued ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).

• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt of funds. sw303 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; any charges levied by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a bank account or e-wallet not registered to the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential Account suspension. sw303 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are processed by sw303 within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published on the sw303 withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and Account tier.

All withdrawals are paid exclusively to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name and matching the method used for the most recent deposit. sw303 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets under any circumstances.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification (see Clause 4).
• All applicable rollover requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met (see Clause 7).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance at the time of the request.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigation, compliance review, or suspension in effect.

sw303 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. In the event that a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time for compliance reasons, sw303 will notify the Player via the contact details registered to their Account.

sw303 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this clause.

General bonus terms applicable across all sw303 promotions:

• One bonus per Player, per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. sw303 reserves the right to void bonus claims that appear to involve multiple accounts or coordinated abuse.
• Rollover requirement: Every bonus is subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement, clearly stated on the promotion page. Until the rollover requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified on each promotion page.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible bet per round or per wager is stated on the promotion page. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, clearly stated on the promotion page. Bonus Funds and associated rollover requirements that are not met within the expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• sw303 discretion: sw303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. sw303 also reserves the right to void or recalculate bonus awards where a system error, pricing error, or exploitation of a promotion has occurred.

Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (so-called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring") — will have their bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on the sw303 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market type involved. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. sw303 publishes game-specific and market-specific rules within the relevant game lobby and sportsbook sections of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all sw303 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the Platform's specific rules provide for a cash-out feature for that market.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match fixing, or any form of coordinated betting behavior designed to exploit a market or guarantee a profit at the expense of other Players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover errors are required to report them to sw303 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or using the sw303 Platform in a manner that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications toward sw303 staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, as defined in Clause 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

sw303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Requests from the Player under the sw303 Responsible Gaming self-exclusion program.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account suspension or closure.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting sw303 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds being forfeited. Voluntary closure requests processed under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion program are handled in accordance with Clause 11.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they cannot access their Account or place bets.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the sw303 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond sw303's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government action.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game studios, payment providers, or software suppliers whose products and services are integrated into the sw303 Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

In no event shall sw303's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Balance held in their Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits sw303's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

sw303's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Player personal data is governed by the sw303 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
